I hope you are well and safe, enjoying this festive season this year. I would like to wish you all Happy Vijaya Dashami 2078 and may Lord Durga protect you and your family every step of the way. May she bring peace, happiness and prosperity to all of our lives.
We all know we have been conducting a social celebration of kuchhi bhoye on the occasion of Maha Ashtami. We used to celebrate and pray in a group and teach the young generation our culture and tradition of this great festival. Similar to last year the presence of COVID-19 is still there and also have the potential to spread further in large meetings and gatherings.
Following the guidelines of social distancing and face covering and avoiding large gatherings, I would encourage and request all of the members of the households to carry on the great tradition in their own home with equal or more happiness and joy as in previous years.
To make our celebration more engaging, please feel free to share some memories and photographs of the varieties of foods you have prepared for the events with the hashtag #ppgukreading_kuchhibhoye. With your permission, we could feature those in our official social media platforms, groups and websites.
